This is to inform our esteemed guests that on 23rd June 2023 the House of Representatives of Zanzibar approved a new Infrastructure Charging Rate for Hotels in Zanzibar, of 5 USD per guest per day, effective as off 1st July 2023.

We will honour all existing bookings at their quoted rate and absorb the Infrastructure Tax Rate for any booking prior to the introduction of the new tax.

Going forward, for any new bookings as off 1st July 2023 we are required by law to charge an additional 5 USD per person per night, our rates will be increased by 5 USD and the infrastructure tax will be displayed accordingly on the invoice.
